Support that connects the dots.

Our approach

Support that works with the whole person.

Our approach is grounded in respect, safety and genuine understanding.

We provide neurodiversity-affirming support that recognises each person’s unique way of thinking, communicating, learning and experiencing the world. Rather than focusing on labels or behaviours alone, we look at the whole person and the environment around them.

We take time to understand individual strengths, sensory needs, communication preferences, emotional wellbeing, executive functioning, relationships and goals.

Support is collaborative and tailored. We work with each person to build practical strategies, confidence, self-understanding and meaningful participation in everyday life.

We believe support should help people feel safe, respected and accepted — not pressured to mask, perform or change who they are.

Neurodiversity-affirming

We honour different ways of thinking, communicating, moving, learning and connecting. Our support focuses on understanding each person’s needs, not changing who they are.

Trauma-informed

We prioritise emotional safety, choice, trust and predictability. We work at each person’s pace and recognise that past experiences can shape how people engage with support.

Sensory-aware

We consider sensory needs such as sound, light, movement, texture, smell, pace and space. Wherever possible, we make adjustments that reduce overwhelm and support comfort.

Communication-accessible

We adapt to each person’s preferred way of communicating. Speech, writing, visuals, gestures, AAC, silence, processing time and support people are all respected.

Strengths-based

We recognise interests, skills, insight, creativity and resilience, while also respecting each person’s real support needs

Collaborative

Support works best when it is shared and respectful. With consent, we collaborate with families, carers, coordinators and professional teams while keeping the person’s voice and goals at the centre.

Services

Practical support for everyday life.

Support is customised to the participant's needs, not pushed through a fixed program. We agree on what will be useful, what feels manageable and how support should look in practice.

Social and community participation

Support to access community spaces, build confidence, reduce isolation and take part in meaningful activities.

Transport and appointments

Reliable support with getting to activities, appointments, errands and community commitments when appropriate.

Daily routines and independence

Support to build practical routines that are realistic, repeatable and suited to the participant's executive function needs.

Decluttering and home systems

Gentle, practical support to organise spaces, reduce overwhelm and create systems that are easier to use, maintain and return to.

Communication and self-advocacy

Support to prepare questions, express preferences, understand options and communicate needs in a way that feels comfortable.

Goal-focused participation

Support stays aligned with the participant's goals, choices, routines and capacity. Plans can be reviewed and adjusted as needs change.

Neurodivergent support

Customised support for neurodivergent participants.

Immi Dots has experience supporting neurodivergent participants, including people with Autism, ADHD and AuDHD experiences. Support is adjusted to the person, not the other way around.

We ask what helps, what drains energy, what feels unsafe, what communication works best and what kind of support makes participation easier.

Support can be shaped around:

  • sensory needs, energy levels and environmental demands
  • executive functioning, planning, transitions and task initiation
  • clear information before sessions so there are fewer surprises
  • speech, text, email, written notes, visuals or extra processing time
  • movement, stimming, comfort items, breaks and low-pressure pacing
  • support with self-advocacy, community access and routines that work

Decluttering support

Create a space that works with your brain, not against it.

Decluttering is not about perfection or judgement. It is about reducing friction, making important things easier to find and creating a home environment that supports daily life.

For many neurodivergent participants, clutter can be connected to sensory overload, decision fatigue, task initiation, memory, transitions or burnout. We use a calm, practical and shame-free approach that works at the participant's pace.

Understand the space and the goal

We begin with what feels hard, what needs to function better and what outcome would make life easier.

Sort without pressure

Support can include body doubling, decision support, donation piles, keep zones and simple categories.

Build systems that are easy to maintain

We create visible, realistic systems based on how the participant actually uses the space.

Review and reset

Support can include follow-up sessions to adjust systems and keep routines manageable over time.

How it works

A clear process from first contact to ongoing support.

No pressure, no confusing pathway. We start with fit, safety, availability and what the participant wants support to feel like.

Reach out

Send a short message, call or use the form. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.

Check fit

We discuss goals, needs, availability, location, funding setup and whether Immi Dots is the right support option.

Plan support

We agree on practical details, communication preferences, boundaries, safety considerations and the first steps.

Review and adjust

Support is reviewed over time so it remains useful, respectful and aligned with the participant's goals.

Support work is not only about completing tasks. It is also about having the right person beside you: someone calm, reliable, respectful and willing to understand what support really means for you.

Questions

Helpful details before you enquire.

Who is Immi Dots best suited to?

Immi Dots may suit NDIS participants who benefit from consistent one-to-one support, calm communication, meaningful community access, neurodivergent-aware adjustments and practical help with routines or home organisation.

Do you support neurodivergent participants?

Yes. Immi Dots has experience supporting neurodivergent participants. Support can be customised around sensory needs, executive functioning, communication preferences, processing time, energy levels, routines and individual goals.

Is decluttering the same as cleaning?

No. Decluttering support focuses on reducing overwhelm, sorting items, organising spaces and creating systems that are easier to maintain. It is not a standard cleaning service.

Can support coordinators or family members contact you?

Yes. Families, support coordinators and professional teams are welcome to make contact. Ongoing information sharing happens with participant consent, unless disclosure is required by law or necessary for safety.

Do you publish pricing?

Pricing is discussed clearly before support begins. If support is being claimed through NDIS funding, rates and line item suitability should be checked against current NDIS pricing arrangements where relevant.

What if I am NDIA-managed?

Please check provider requirements before booking. Some funding arrangements require registered providers, while self-managed and plan-managed participants may have more choice about providers.
